STAR BEACH…..WHERE WOULD YOU RATHER BE?
We think it’s fair to say Star beach (Hersonissos, Greece) is the most unique spot in Europe! Situated by the sea, only 30 minutes from Heraklion Airport by car!
The list of activities is endless, from bungeejumping, karting, relaxing in the Beauty Spa, scuba diving, fly fishing, water skiiing, parasailing, riding on ‘the banana’ pulled by the Star beach speedboat, jetskiing, bathing in the ocean to swimming in the numerous pools with currents and slides, it’s all there for you to explore…. Star beach also has a variety of shops, where you can buy swim wear, clothes, sunglasses and many more products. They even have a supermarket and a professional tattooshop!
Also, there is a great restaurant at the park, with Greek, Italian, English and Dutch dishes to choose from. And ofcourse we have several (cocktial)bars around the park!
Thousands of tourists from all over the world enjoy the Star beach Waterpark to the fullest, and the numbers are growing every year!
But Star beach is mostly known for their amazing dance-events at night! The most important and biggest events are Beachflirt and Lovestar powered by Slam! FM, held on monday and thursday evening. These ultimate quality parties start from 19.00 ’till 00.30 o’clock. Armin van Buuren, Sidney Samson, Afrojack Hardwell, Gregor Salto, Roog (Hardsoul) are just a few of the dj’s performing behind the decks form the end of June ’till the end of August. With beautiful sunsets, gorgeous people, great vibes, hot dancers and superb quality music! So don’t miss out on any of them when you are in Hersonissos!
Every tuesday Afternoon between the 6th of July and the 17th of August, the Afternoon Beachparty are being held from 16.00 ’till 21.00 o’clock. Expect a fun day, hearing music from R’nB, to Hip Hop, Rave, Pop and Rock played by ‘bar dj’s’ creating a crazy kind of vibe, where everyone acts like complete idiots! We love it! So nothing serious, just having fun with a beer, a wine or a cocktail in your hand, enjoying crazy music!
